I have chosen this hotel for one-night stay during my Kyushu trip. This is located close to streets with many restaurants and shops. The best thing about that hotel is the breakfast. There one various options and everything was fresh and tasty. Our room was with a big windows and modern bathroom which I really loved. I need to say that cleaning personal is doing all the best and wanna say thank you to them but hotel's managment should consider changing kinda used-looking bedlinen which seemed to be, not very hygienic or new. I really liked that they provided bottles of water with kumamon! I also do like the idea of providing pyjamas.. I just wanna say that you find a good price for staying here I would reccommend it, but if you pay double as we did I would've chosen other place.

The hotel was fantastic in so many ways. The price was affordable for the range of services provided including a comprehensive breakfast and various smaller amenities including pajamas, toiletries, soaking salts, etc. Service was great and my room was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet despite being next to a busy commercial arcade. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay again in the future.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I found that the free welcome coffee was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was nice, including hot and cold food, and I enjoyed sampling some local specialities like Karashi Renkon. The location is very convenient (in a large shopping mall, across the street from a convenience store, and close to a major bus and tram station; only a few minutes on foot to Kumamoto castle).

Excellent service, rooms and bathrooms were pretty roomy for japan standards (i was able to comfortably exist and go through luggage w 2 of us). Tons of complimentary amenities, free drink for happy hour each day, and a surprisingly good breakfast buffet! 👌 Also super convenient area, unlimited options around and walking distance to the caste.

Location: Centrally in Kumamoto's downtown area of Nishi Ginza Street, about 2.6 km away or approximately half an hour of walking distance from Kumamoto Station - Complimentary breakfast buffet: A good selection of Japanese and Western-style dishes. Cleanliness and service: The room was clean and I was assigned a room on the highest floor upon request.

Great location, very central spot with nearby access to the tram, shopping, restaurants within easy walking distance. Room was very small but enough space for our luggage, to shower and to sleep so no major complaints. Air con worked nicely. Breakfast selection was fairly basic but nonetheless enjoyable. Laundry room was convenient as we needed to wash and dry our clothes.

Good location near shopping street and castle. Well-equipped and well-run hotel; room was comfortable and spacious enough for 2. Hotel staff was flexible to accommodate our requests and also provided helpful instructions about carpark when we contacted them with queries (via Booking.com) before our stay. Good spread for breakfast; breakfast staff was polite and attentive.

Breakfast is unexpectedly good with a wide varieties of food selection Room size is decent in Japanese standard for the price I paid. Location is perfect with the busiest shopping street within 1 min walk, in which there are lots of shops and restaurants Bathroom and toilet is big and spacious.

Location is perfect. Close to the castle, easy acess to restaurants and tram. Very good price.
